It is very difficult for me to ascribe a particular purpose to this candle. Those who shop with me often know that most all candles are poured for a specific purpose. This is not the case with this pillar. You are left to use it as you see fit.

I will attempt to post in this blog the most important astrological aspects that are relevant to the pillar. Please look for a comment or testimonial at the end of this note for a personal experience of the candle.

The vibrations, the energies that manifested at the time of the pour are so remarkable, that the candle immediately creates a great opening of the heart and throat chakras. I had to allow them to rest undisturbed for two days before I could complete them, to package them for sale.

All Hallows Eve, also known as Samhain (Celtic) or Nos Galan Gaeaf (Welsh), has been celebrated for centuries. Sacred or Holy days that are traditionally observed for a special purpose are excellent time to pour candles as the energy or intent of that day blesses the pour.

In Western traditions All Hallows Eve has long been regarded as a day when veil that separates the world of the living from the realm of the dead is thin, and ancient traditions made this day either one of making offering to the dead or of taking care to ensure that the dead did not disturb the living.

I pour candles on this day with the intention that sacred space is maintained for the user of the candle. It may seem strange to some, but over the past ten years, it feels as if I am energetically welcomed to pour by those energies that abide in unseen spiritual realms.

Just as we are careful when we travel to a new city or country, so too is it wise to be careful when we travel between the worlds. A quick response the issue of black soot & candle magic.

Over the years, clients have written to ask why they are experiencing a black soot when burning ritual candles from other suppliers. Some feel as if it is a sign that the candle is "working", while others feel as if the black soot indicates a negative outcome.

In my experience, neither is true. The soot is a by-product of petroleum based candles in particular, and where & how you burn the candle as well.

Ritual Candles - Questions & Answers About Use & Care

I am pleased to post this questions and answer discussion between myself & a remarkable customer, with her kind permission. i feel that the topics covered will be of benefit to all who use candles for prayer, ritual & meditation. I will post the original letter first, and continue forward to the resolution.

Letter One - Feb 24, 2009:

Ann,

I purchased two candles from you and they have been wonderful. We recently moved and the candles were accidently damaged. The protection candle has a crack through the center and the wealth candle has a crush damage on the top and bottom.

I am concerned because we are experiencing some "bad luck." My intuition is telling me I should purchase a new set, but want to properly "lay to rest" the original candles. What is the proper method for handling the damaged candles?

Hello Donna,

Thank you for your letter. I have given your question a good deal of thought.
I always encourage people to trust their intuition, so if you want to lay the damaged candles to rest, then, wrap them in white paper, or black silk & keep them in a drawer somewhere... sort of "saving" them.

However, my own first thought is to burn them. The energy of the moment is still in the wax, regardless of appearance. The most useful, empowered way to lay them to rest for me would be to burn them up.

I don't advise that you do the meditation with them, but rather just light the wick & burn each candle as a candle, enjoy the light & the fragrance. I am interested to know which method you prefer.

Letter Two - Mar 2, 2009:

Ann,

I thought you might like to hear how things have progressed. I started burning the candles just outright and things got worse. I wrapped them as instructed and placed them in a drawer and things have improved again.
I wanted to give it time to confirm my suspicions. Sometimes energies in the universe can overlap and you think one thing is the cause and it turns out it is something else so I try to make sure I am eliminating the proper negative influence.

Anyway, we have seen an improvement since "silencing" the candles and plan on purchasing our new ones tonight. Thank you for all your assistance. Any additional insight you might have would be helpful on how to best lay to rest our troubled candles.

My Reply - March 3, 2009

Hello Donna,

Thanks so much for your note. I find it very interesting that the damaged candles seem to correlate to episodes of "not luck".
I feel confident that the intent of the candle cannot be damaged by damage to the pillar itself. So, in looking for insights, I am reminded of a traditional mystical "rule" to protect ones sacred objets, power objects, relics & spiritual images; to care for them & to keep them in sacred space.

In my own experience, once, accidentally, and in an impatient hurry, I damaged a sacred object. The damage was minimal, but my distress, shame about my carelessness & concern for the karmic repercussions was profound & energeticallly quite loud.

I felt bad about the damage done for days. I did purifications practices within my tradition to energetically repent and atone for my error. This worked for me, as I have a traditional that offers specific practices for such times. As well, I felt better for taking an action.

So, the suggestion of putting the candles to rest in a protected space may be best. (This is a reference to wrapping each of them in black silk & keeping them in a cabinet, drawer, some place where special things go.) It would be an atonement, and perhaps, over time, they may be a useful offering to burn when another atonement time is at hand. Again, your intuition is usually the best insight.

It is also possible that other factors are at play and energies are overlapping that make the burning of these particular candles coincide with other disturbances.
Simultaneously, there are times when the purification of karmas manifest as "troubles" especially when we are at the end of them. This is also true in energy healings when there seems to be a marked increase in all the symptoms of a disease just before there is a complete healing.

I really do thank you for sharing these experiences with me, and look forward to other notes you care to send. I am quite sure this question & answer sort of dialogue will also be useful to others who include candle work in their spiritual journey.

Letter Three - March 4, 2009:

Ann,

I am honored that you want to post our discussion. I also agree that it may take time to learn the true cause of our disturbance. Our life is filled with change, excitement and stress currently. Your candles are extremely potent and their influence is so obvious that I instantly thought of them as a source for our "trouble" when they were damaged. I only burn the money candle occasionally because I am not able to keep up with the success it brings if i burn it too often.

I am relieved to have your insight and instruction about the intent of the magic vs. the pillar as the source for the power they have. I am also taking steps to protect our space and dispel any negative chi that may be collecting as a result of these changes in our life. Perhaps, there is a negative force wanting to harm our candles and from your words I know I should not give power to that force. For now, I will protect the candles, monitor closely and attempt to narrow down further what is happening.

I will keep you posted. I know in the past when I was dealing with a negative force it took sometime to find the source and I was mislead a couple of times into thinking that I had figured it out. As I write this my intuition is telling me that this is important and that I was not thinking about this as a cause and I am taking a step in the right direction. Before, I was merely focused on the result of the accident to our candles and not thinking enough about the cause.

I think when our new candle arrives that I will protect it between use until this is resolved. Since you have sold out of the protection candles, I will meditate with the protection candle I have for guidance as to whether I can use it the same way by protecting it between uses. Your thoughts on this would be most welcome.

Amazing, I just have to tell you very quickly what has transpired in the last few minutes of writing to you last. I called my husband to discuss our e-mails and to ask him to pick up a few items for me to perform my regular rituals.

Writing to you helped me to focus and channel myself to understand what is happening to us. So much has been revealed to me further by talking this through with him and I am seeing where I let myself be distracted from my rituals and am seeing the result in these disturbances.

We moved into a "new" house of a friend. I really like the neighborhood, my friend and the house. For a variety of reasons, I neglected and put off some of my normal rituals for cleansing and preparing our sacred space. I also ignored the warning signs I had been getting from my new neighbor who has become an instant friend but does not realize he's been trying to show me the dissonance in my new home caused by the previous tenants.

In particular, one person who used to live there was very set on sucking the life out of the house and money from the owner through various means. I am usually very intuned with harmful energy and can feel it as soon as I enter a home or meet someone. This person must not be inherently bad, but simply a drainer of success and financial well being. I allowed myself to be too distracted and I did not listen to my new home as I should have.

As soon as I got off the phone an order came in for my business and the house began speaking to me in small ways to say I am on the right track. I am going to order the housewarming candle and perform the rituals I should have performed to begin with properly. My inner being is just dancing with excitement.

The new collections of money candles were poured on April 16th and April 17th of 2008. I am putting the collection poured 4/17 on sale first, and this article addresses the specifics of that particular collection. (Clicking the title of this post will take you to the candle store.)

On April 17, the Sun was in the fixed Earth sign of Taurus. I always pour money candles for business, freedom from debt, and other kinds of material success when the Sun is in the Earth signs. Taurus is the sign most often associated with accumulation of material possessions, and in astrology primers, the watch word for Taurus is "I have." Earth signs offer magnetic, nurturing and generating energy to the pouring of candles. New Moon Healing Candles - Reiki Healing on the Solar Eclipse

This limited collection of Reiki candles was poured February 6, 2008 with the Sun in Aquarius. The process began at 7:30 PM Eastern when the New Moon in Aquarius was conjunct Chiron and continued into and through the New Moon in Aquarius at 10:44 PM EST.

With both luminaries in Aquarius, the fixed Air sign of Hopes, Dreams, Friends and Wishes the energy of the night was excellent to accomplish a healing candle.

This pour also took advantage of Waning Moon energy to release illness & New Moon energy to draw to us what we wish for. Fixed sign energy is excellent for perfecting and finishing. Air sign energy is flexible, adaptable, versatile. Hello Ms. George,

I am interested in purchasing a marriage or a soulmate candle.

ISSUE: My boyfriend is not willing to commit to me and our future. I feel I need help getting this to happen & to get him to focus on our relationship {get married}.

QUESTION: Will your marriage or soulmate candle solidify our relationship and result in a marriage?

The short answer to this question is, of course, No. My candle will not solidify any relationship nor will that candle in and of itself cause a relationship to result in marriage. No candle will do that.

The Soulmate ritual candle is a tool to empower the user to heal their mind/heart/soul/ to be better able to attract a loving relationship. In particular, a "right" love. The purpose of the candle, and the affirmation, is to focus the will, or the intent of the user to become energetically magnetic to their desired outcome.

I will not ever create a tool of any kind that is designed to affect the will of another person. The idea that using a candle, or magic spell to control or change the mind, heart or will of another person is at best a very dangerous concept.

In our culture, we often feel that if we can only make the other person see our point of view, or make the other person understand how we feel, or cause them to see how right we are, or to realize how surely their life will improve if only the other person does what we want them to do, then everything will be all right.

The problem with this world view, particularly when it comes to the matter of love.. is that attempting to bend another to our will is NOT loving. Good love seeks the happiness of the beloved. If the happiness of the beloved is not to marry.. then the lover must choose to accept that decision and remain, or accept that decision and move on.

Seeking to "getting this to happen & to get him to focus on our relationship {get married}" through supernatural channels, candlemagic, or other extra ordinary means usually results in the loss of love.

These ritual candles were hand poured October 31, 2007 with the Waning Moon in Cancer and the Sun in Scorpio. Waning moons are best used to help release unwanted energies. That both Sun & Moon are in water signs is excellent to invoke the cleansing energy of the water element to purify your space.

I am happy to reply to this excellent question for the benefit of all shoppers at the Moon poured Candle Store.
Here we go:

Greetings Ann,

I recently received two of your candles as a gift from a wonderful new friend. The Reiki Healing Candle and the Success Candle. Is there a sequence that I should follow with these candles (e.g., Reiki first and Success second or visa versa? )
I am anxious to start using them and I want to make sure that I do it correctly for the best results.

When I hand pour the candles, I try to create beautiful tools to serve as "complete little units of intention". What I mean by that is that each candle in and of itself is poured to make the best use of color, fragrance, intent, moon phases and sun times so that you may burn your candle at anytime. The idea is to instill in the molten wax, all the best possible ingredients to heal the body, mind and spirit so that you may manifest the healing, success, wealth or love that you want in your life.

If you prefer to work with the affirmation included in the Reiki Candle first, focusing exclusively on that before you move on to use the Success Candle, this is fine. If you prefer to manifest Success in the morning, then have a peaceful healing candle meditation that evening, also fine. I don't think burning both at once would be very helpful, as the meditation/affirmation part of the right use of candles in ritual matters. In fact, it is your intent, your prayers, your own personal inner voice that makes candle ritual effective. Thus, your inner voice is the best guide to follow when choosing when or how to use of the candles. The labile, instructions and affirmation are for your benefit, and serve to help you choose the candle that is the right one for you.

If my husband and my astrological signs are not compatible will the benefits still be as effective?

This is an excellent question, and is really several little questions all at once. I will limit my answer to the issue of moon poured ritual candles in particular. I choose to pour Soul Mate or Love candles during Sun signs and Moon signs that are compatible with each other to capture that energy to benefit my clients, regardless of the sign they or their lover, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife is born under.

For example, one of the best Western zodiac combination of signs for lasting love is Taurus & Scorpio, another is Cancer & Pisces. The idea of pouring the candles during the compatible signs is that the best possible energy to ensure the outcome you prefer, combined with regular use & application of the enclosed affirmation will help you heal your mind and heart so that love more easily comes to you.

The astrology of the people in question does not have an impact on the effect of the candle. It will of course have an impact on the nature of the relationship between a couple. This difference in Sun signs does not give a complete picture about a coupled relationship as the placement of the other planets in the birth chart is very important.

My candles are intended to be meditation tools and/or focusing tools in general. Because they are not intended to be "Spell Candles", they are suitable for use at any time without performing any additional rituals such as a protection ritual. However, your intent and your magical lineage is the best resource for clarity on a question like that. From the point of view of certain Western Mystery Traditions, a protection ritual is required before any magical work. Often an invocation is not only the start of magic, but also of most all prayer in any tradition.

Thank you all for your paience. I am happy to announce that the first dozen Money candles are ready to ship, and the second dozen are cooling as I type. I hope to be able to pour at least four dozen during this Virgo Moon.

For those new to moonwork, or pouring by the signs, ( not unlike planting by the signs) I will present a brief introduction to the astrology of this collection. First we begin with the benefit of pouring Money candles during the Earth signs. Earth signs are receptive, magnetic and generating signs therefore they are best suited to the energy of material possession.

For the new collection, we have the Sun in the Earth sign of Taurus. Taurus is the fixed sign of material possession. Fixed sign energy is perfecting, stabilizing energy that in this case ensures ones intent to attract wealth stays firm. Further, as these candles are poured in an Earth friendly, petroleum free, palm oil wax... there is a great repect for the blessings of Earth Mother energy in the intent of the candlemaker.

In hermetic astrology, the Moon represents the aspect of personality we show to the everyday world. For this collection of money candles, the Moon is waxing to full in the Earth sign of Virgo. Cazimi Moon Poured Healing Candle -

This Reiki Healing Candle was poured during the Cazimi Moon on February 17, 2007 at 11:15 am Eastern Standard Time. I will begin by offering an excerpt from my 2007 Planetary Guide, "any planet whose center is within 17 degrees of the arc of the center of the Sun in celestial longitude, is said to be Cazimi. Oddly, this is considered the highest form of accidental dignity.... a planet is thought to be very powerful & benefic when Cazimi."

On this day both the Sun & the New Moon were in Aquarius. It is important to mention that from the Hermetic perspective, the Sun represents the Authentic Self, the True face of the Natural Man and the Moon represents the Ego, the Persona, the self we show to the world. When both Sun & Moon are in the same sign (for the purpose of pouring healing candles) then there is an accord, or a a balance that is energetically useful. This is a good time to pour candles for balance, healing, friendship or peace.

The importance of the New Moon is that for creatures of the Earth, the night is pitch black on the new moon. Deep, mysterious & full of unseen possibility. Thus, a new Moon provides us the benefit of both the calm, dark night & the unmanifest potential to make a new beginning. When working to create a new energetic condition, a New Moon is a good time to begin.

To speak a bit about the planetary influences, both luminaries are in Aquarius which is a fixed Air sign. When the luminaries are in Air signs it is a fortunate time to pour for candles for healing the mind. Fixed signs provide stabilizing energy.

New Soulmate Candles Poured on Imbolc

I am happy to be able to offer new Soulmate candles for sale. This small collection of deep red love candles was poured on February 2, 2007, a Celtic Sacred day. This post will address the importance of the astrology of the day from the Western Mystery Traditon. On 2/02/07, the Sun was in the Air sign of Aquarius, the Moon full in the Fire sign of Leo. Both are fixed signs, fortunate for a harmonious relationship. Fire signs & Air signs generally make good relationship with each other. Both signs are masculine in nature, direct & energetic. In the natural world, Fire requires Air... Air feeds fire, and yet remains itself.
Another consideration for pouring Soulmate candles on this day is that fixed signs usually make good relationships with each other. This occurs because the underlying world view, or value set of fixed signs is one that prefers order, stability, predictability, constancy, and of course.. that things should go as they are "supposed to go". Thus fixed signs will likely not disturb each other with sudden, outrageous changes in plan.
The Full Moon energy exerts the greatest pull on the molten wax that is possible, thus the wax is "attuned" or "vibrates" to that pull. I would also like to restate that when one purchases a ritual candle that is poured with intent, on the most auspicious day in the Western calendar, the advantage is that all the necessary energy to accmplish one's goal is already "poured into" the candle. Thus, you may burn it every day that you want to. The affirmation included with the candle is written to help you accomplish your goal. Now, if you want to further fine tune your own ritual work.. by all means, use the candle on a waxing moon. As well, if you are able to purchase a candle that compliments your birth sign.. so much the better. If you are able to purchase a candle poured when the Sun and Moon are in not only your birth sign, but the birth sign of your beloved, so much the better.

I am happy to publish this reply to several letters I have recently received that ask excellent questions. I will do my best to answer them, one at a time.

Let’s begin with:

“If I have a relationship problem and I wish to reunite with my boyfriend do you do spell work or work that can help us get back together?”“

I do not do spellwork to help couples get back together. Further, I do not encourage anyone to attempt to purchase spell work that involves an attempt to act upon another person, to attempt to control or to change another person. I find this type of action to be at best energetically abusive.

“Also your candles are they spells?”“

My candles are not spells. They are focusing tools, hand poured, colored and fragranced according to established principles of astrology, aromatherapy & color therapy with the specific healing intent to help the client train his or her own mind to heal the inner cause of the outer condition.

“If I buy a love candle will that help me?”“

The purchase of a love candle could help you. The affirmation included is designed to heal the one’s understanding of the possible.. to affirm that right love is present now.. and that this love will endure.

This is not to say that the candle will “bring” your lover back to you. However, the ritual proces could help you heal your understanding of love & loving relationship so that one of two things might occur. The first is that you may discover that the relationship you previously found so vital.. is not as desirable as it once was.. or.. the second possible outcome is that you will choose to change your feelings, values and thus your behaviors so that your partner will see you in a different light, and find you more desireable.

FAQ & the use of Ritual Candles

This post is in reply to some excellent questions I just received. While the link referenced in the title does provide a general introduction to candle burning ritual, these questions were specific and you may find the answers to be helpful in your own meditation & ritual work. This is the list of questions I received:

We would like to have more information on the use of the candles we purchased from you. All the questions you can answer would be a great help.

1) When is best time to light it ( the candle) ?
It is best to light the candle when you have plenty of time to focus your attention on the ritual process. It doesn't really matter whether you choose morning, mid day or evening. What matters most is that you can sit and repeat the affirmation included with each candle at least 10 times. The candles are all moon poured, so the energy of the best time to light it is really already included in the candle. For more information on using moon phases for candle ritual, please visit my article on moon phases.

2) How long do i keep it lit at a time?
It is best to sit in meditation with the candle, repeating the affirmation for at least 10 to 15 minutes every day until the candle has been burned up. It is not necessary to leave the candle burning when you are away from it. The candle is a focusing tool to help you do the greatest magic of all, that of transforming your internal dialogue.

3) Do I leave it in the same place or more it around the house?
It is best to do ritual and meditation work in the same place, preferably some place in the home that feels good to you. A place that is "just yours", one that may have a small personal alter or shrine. Many people find it helpful to place their shrine or alter so that they face east when praying.

4) As we both have sons we are trying to help, can we even help our sons with us using the candles?
Yes! This is a great question. Our prayers can be dedicated to the benefit of anyone. When we do candle ritual to pray for healing, wealth, love, success or any other blessing... we can pray that our loved ones receive equal or greater blessing that those we are asking for ourselves.

Reiki Candles for Healing - Solar Eclipse Poured

Eclipse Poured Ritual Candles to Attract Love

Attract My Soulmate, or True Love ritual candles are hand poured on 3/14/06. The astrology of this day is both fortunate & complex, here are the particulars, first, from the Western point of view:

The most basic observation is that the Sun (representing masculine energy, as well as the "inner face of the realized man" ) is in the Water sign of Pisces and the Moon (representing both feminine energy and the self we present to the world) is Full in the Earth sign of Virgo. * Further notes on the benefits of Full Moon poured candles are available on my site.

Earth & Water signs (both feminime in nature) make good relationships with each other.. hence the choice of Pisces & Virgo luminaries for this pouring. Further, both are mutuable signs, which means that their energy is flexible, versatile & adaptable. Signs that share the same orientation (either cardinal, fixed or mutable) usually have similar world views & coping methods. This is fortunate in that this basic nature eliminates many value conflicts that spring from opposing methods of reacting to life.

How is this relevant to candle pouring? Simply, I look for the most fortunate energetic combinations possible for two people to make a good relationship... and the I pour candles. Because I am often asked about the difference between my ritual candles, and "plain" ones, I am taking more time to share via blog, the astrology of the different dates. The candles poured on the Spring Eclipse. As an eclipse is not a commmon occurance, eclipse poured candles are that much more remarkable. I find the symbolism of an eclipse particularly powerful for several kinds of candles. The soulmate candle is one. The movement of the luminaries.. as they pass, cover & uncover each other seems like the dance of the souls of lovers moving through the world together. Sometimes, one must step back and let the other lead. Sometimes, one must put their need to shine aside for the greater good. Sometimes we share.. sometimes one gently pushes the other out of the way. All steps are possible in a dance of love.

Notes from the Eastern perspective:

As I continue to explore other traditions, I am happy to share some of the astrology of our calendar day 3/14/06, from my limited understanding of then Tibetan calendar. I will just share the basics & draw no conclusions. First, it should be noted that the candles are poured in the year of the Fire Dog, the Water Tiger month, on the day of the Fire Dragon. It is a double fire day (very auspiscious) that becomes a fire/wind (also favorable) day after 9:12 am EST(?).

Successful psychic readings

Greetings & best wishes to all!

This article addresses errors in approach that may prevent or impair the ability to receive accurate psychic readings. The motivation to publish this note arises from several unusual readings that I have done over the past few weeks. In over 10 years of practice, offering psychic tarot readings to the general public, it has been rare for me to work for clients who are not willing to approach readings with the understanding that their openness to the process facilitates an accurate reading.

Å sure sign that this is the case is the comment "Let me be honest with you". When this comment comes after I have done my best to answer the question asked, I wonder why honesty was not present initially. It is far more useful to be honest in the question & honest when concetrating on the particulars of the question, than to misrepresent the question or hold back vital information during the "concentration" portion of the session.

Now, I can understand that one might want to "be sure" the psychic is offering accurate insights. But "trick the psychic" questions are not the best way to establish the validtiy of the reader. As well, when I am asked a "trick" question, or one where I have the complete sense that the client already knows the answer, I experience a value conflict.

My preference is to come to the reading process with the assumption that the client is fully willing to honestly participate in the unveiling of the future. When I am asked a question designed to validate me in some way, my first intuition is often that the client already knows the answer, or that the answer is obvious. The second experience is a kind of psyhic blank that occurs when the question is somehow irreleveant.

I prefer trust that my client's question is complete, valid and will benefit them in some way and to proceed from that value. I strongly prefer that my clients receive complete and accurate answers to all questions they ask. I do not strive to be amazing, nor invasive.

So, I encourage all who are interested in psychic readings, perhaps those who are choosing a new reader, or those who choose to have their first reading, to stop a moment and reflect on their true purpose & goal. If distrust or skepticism is present, it is far more useful to address those issues with a reader before a reading begins.

All readers are different, bringing different backgrounds, esoteric frames of reference, language skills and methods of connection to the psychic reading process. And just as some people prefer vanilla and others strawberry, you will probably find that the style of one psychic is more comfortable to you that the style of another. As well, on any given day, both seeker & psychic can be at their best.. or not.

It does remain vital that honesty between the participants be the ground from which all insights spring. I remain grateful to those clients who have helped me hone my skills by challening me to rise to higher levels of perception. And to those who have "gotten honest" as the reading unfolded.

Candle Magic & Candle Rituals

It seems important, today, to share a bit more about full moon poured ritual candles.
While the timing of the pour, color of the candle and the fragrance blends are all important aspects to creating a powerful tool for ritual and meditation... the two most important aspects are quite human.
The first is the intent with which the candle is made.

The intent of creation is my responsibility. As I very much enjoy making ritual candles.. choosing the colors & fragrances based on a variety of magical traditions... it is easy for me to make each candle collection with the aspiration that every person who buys one benefits... accomplishes the specific outcome for which the candle is made.. and finds happiness. I am fortunate to be able to ensure the space in which the candles are made is clear, calm, light filled and that it remains undisturbed by negative emotions & actions. (Clearly I do not mass produce candles!)

The second important aspect to candle magic - the most important aspect - is the intent with which the ritual candle is used. This aspect falls under the governance of the buyer... or the end user. While it is true that I have written and included affirmations (guidelines) to be repeated during candle ritual which will help to focus intent while the candles are burning... the challenge in magic remains changing the mind ( your mind!).

In order to create a change in the external world.. to achieve love, money, success or any other desired outcome, there MUST be a place in your mind to accept & to receive these outcomes... TODAY. So often we fall into the mental trap of affirming our success in the future.. as something coming soon. To succeed in recreating the future (or co-creating if you prefer)..is to affirm the changes you want to see in the present tense. The candles are supports for your meditation.. and while they are very effective supports.. they serve to help you one your intent with your affirmation (in the present tense).

The colors & fragrances of ritual candles trigger your memory of intent, the affirmation you are using, and help you retrain your mind to accept a new future.
