Waiting for the Moon • The Astrology of Pouring Money Candles

At the time of writing tis post it was 8:30 AM Eastern here at the Studio. I am now waiting for the movement of the heavens and the best alignment of the luminaries (Sun & Moon) to pour for Money Candles to attract wealth.

Many calendars show that the Sun moving in to Capricorn (a cardinal Earth sign) yesterday, the 21st of December, and in some locations that may be true.

Here at 8:00 Am the Sun  is just 0 degrees and 8 minutes into Capricorn, in the Second house, the house of Taurus.

This is very fortunate for the Moon is  at 18 degrees 59 minutes Taurus, the planet of the second house! At 10:00 AM the Sun will be 0 degrees and 13 minutes Capricorn and the Moon 20 degrees and 9 minutes Taurus.

I will begin the process of smudging and cleaning the candles worship at 9:00 AM and I believe I will begin to melt the wax about 10:00 AM EST. I have a very small window to pour today as there are only 30 degrees to each house of the Zodiac.

At 4:00 AM on Wednesday the Moon will have moved into the sign of Gemini and the power of  the Earth energy will be lost for the pour.

An early start today may allow time for the 6” x 2” pillars to cool and be taken from the mold so that I may pour a second collection. This natural palm wax - from a renewables vendor! - melts at 200 degrees, so it can take up to three or four hours for the candles to cool enough to slip form the mold.

I will decide the color and fragrance at the time of pouring. Most always, Money candles are a shade of green and will include Bayberry fragrance as well a mixture of other scents that are traditionally used to attract wealth, heal the mind and spirit from thoughts of fear and lack.

The candles are always placed in cellophane sleeve once they are finished to ensure that the always smell first day fresh no matter when you buy them. I will post an announcement and put a shopping cart button on line when they are are.

I intend to have at least 24 for sale and more if time permits.

Update 10/2020: I am no longer pouring candles. Thanks to all who supported the magic. Peace

Money Candles - Hand Poured by the Signs

Many people are no longer advised by the luminaries. Once, before a building was erected, a ship launched, a war waged, astrologers were consulted. In many parts of the world, people still look to spiritual advisors for the best time to begin a new activity, make a marriage or open a business.

In our modern culture, where even the stars may be obscured by light pollution, the idea of consulting the heavens may seem odd, and yet, I have been pouring candles by the signs for over 15 years now.  I plant by gardens by the signs, as did my Great Aunt before me. My memories of her advise me more often now than ever.

This new collection of Money Candles now for sale was poured, as are most all Money candles, with the luminaries (Sun & Moon) in Earth signs. Earth signs are the feminine, the nurturing as well as the receptive and generating signs.

Taurus, the Fixed sign with the watchwords “I Have” is an excellent placement for the Sun - the Fire energy of that drive our pure nature.  Taurus energy ensures that we will have wealth, beauty, luxuries, and the determination to preserve the wealth we accumulate.  Taurus gives the determination and perfecting energy necessary to attract and keep wealth.

The Moon was in the Mutable Earth sign of Virgo for this pour. Mutable signs are excellent astrologic companions to the fixed sign. Mutable signs are adaptable, versatile, energetic and solution oriented! What better energy to bring to rituals and meditations to change our ideas about money, wealth, abundance and our worthiness to receive all those many blessings?

The candles are bit more teal than their usual “dollar bill “ color. It was a joyful spring day when I poured, and Jade was a nice color to add to the usual palette blend.

The fragrance, as always, is a signature blend of traditional herbal and floral scents long used by ancients to draw money in all its many forms.  The pillar wax is petroleum free. In fact, it is play wax, and I am pleased to say that after much research I found a company that sells palm wax from an ethical growers who does indeed replant what is harvested.

I remain a “green company” so your candles may come wrapped in kraft paper, packed with shreds of recycled bubble stuff - but know that there is very little waste at Ann George Studios, Inc.  Further, your support - your purchases - help me maintain my small apiary out back.

I thank my many customers of years past and days to come for your support. I will continue to stand in agreement with the Divine Unfolding on our sacred days to pour candles for your benefit. To purchase, visit the Money Candle page. The price is $40 each, shipping by Priority Mail is included.

Please note: All sales are final. I do not ship outside the United States. I do not give refunds. If your product is damaged by the post office, you may file a claim with them.

No one will see, nor touch your candles until you open the package. From my hands to yours, I offer sacred tools for sacred work. All magic is in the mind.

Update 10/2020: I am no longer pouring candles. Thanks to all who supported the magic. Peace

Money Candles hand poured on December 22, 2014. Sun Capricorn with Waxing Moon Capricorn

The new collection of Money Candles was hand poured to Attract Wealth  on December 22, 2014 at 4:00 PM EST. For those who wish to cast a full ephemeris, the co-ordinates are 30:19W, 81:39N.

This day offered the Sun in the Cardinal Earth sign of Capricorn which offers practical, disciplined, analytic and ambitious energy to the candle. Capricorn energy is excellent for success in business, and combined with the energy of Waxing Moon in Capricorn,  these candles are particularly helpful for those who wish to do ritual or meditations to increase their business incomes.

As has been mention before on this blog, the increasing or Waxing Moon is the time to pour candles for those things we wish to attract into our lives.

I often choose Moon Taurus for money candles because Taurus is a fixed Earth sign.  Fixed signs are perfecting and finishing signs. However, this pour, the Moon was Waxing to Full in Capricorn. To have a cardinal Earth sign Moon combined with the cardinal Earth sign Sun is a very good energetic offering to bring money into your life.

Capricorn energy is often noted for bringing reliable, practical and ambitious energy to the pursuit of wealth, pleasure and success. Like all Earth signs, Capricorn is magnetic, and generating.

As you can see, the primary planetary influences for the pour are most excellent to help you achieve your goals. As always, an affirmation created to help you affirm and attract wealth for the greatest good is included with your purchase. You are the magic, the candle is a powerful focusing tool to help you accomplish your goals.

As these money candles are all hand poured by Ann George and are not seen nor handled by another, the collection is limited. As the heavens are in constant motion, the timing of the pour also brings special energies you may use to your advantage.

Moon pouring of candles is based on the idea that we live in an interdependent, vibrational world of energetic phenomena... appearing as solid, or real. If you are able to agree that all is ultimately energy, and that the melting of wax at an auspicious time will allow the wax to be "tuned" to the energy of that time, then moon poured candles will be valuable to you.

Here are a few planetary moments I find very encouraging. If you are somewhat familiar with beneficial aspects, this information will be very helpful for you:

Sun :  1 Capricorn 49   + 0:00' (-)  9th house

Moon: 24 Capricorn 26   + 4:58' (F)  9th house

Mercury: 10 Capricorn 27  - 2:06' (-)  9th house

Venus: 16 Capricorn 22  - 1:09' (-)  9th house

Candles are for sale online. PayPal handles the transactions. I do not take your credit card information by phone. Visit: Money Candles to place your order. Shipping by Priority Mail is included in the price. I do not ship outside the USA. Candles are sold on first come, first served basis. Due to the energetic nature, all sales are final. Please feel welcome to contact me before you make your purchase.

(Recently I have seen money candles offered for sale that are made in the likeness of dollars, coins, or icons for money. In western culture, we do not burn what we value. The idea of burning the image of what we want is - to me - counterintuitive.)

Money Candles will be hand poured on December 22 (after 6 PM EST) through December 23 of 2014.

I have checked the ephemeris to be sure of the days and time for pouring Money candles. I am pleased to say that I can pour beginning at 6 PM on 12/22/14 and continue through 12/23/14 ending at that same time. These Money candles will thus be Sun Capricorn & Moon Capricorn, and will be most excellent for business concerns, matters of real property, long term investments, and plans to attract as much wealth/money from your efforts and industry.

I have seen a variety of "money" candles for sale of late. Some are actually images of money, or symbols used to represent money. It seems that these are to be burned to attract money. In general, one does not set fire to that which one wants. Metaphysically, burning money, or symbols of money is not the best way to attract wealth. I am pleased to post that I will be pouring for Monday late December of this year. I realize that it is inconvenient of me not to have Money candles more readily available. In general I pour three times a year - when the Sun in in an Earth sign, and her sister the same.

Should you need to purchase a mass produced candle for your meditation and/or ritual, know that there are sites that will teach you how to empower that candle. Please visit this article to gain a deeper insight than you may now have on candle rituals I have also another post on the meaning of Moon Phases & Magic.

As I hand pour my candles, as they are poured by no one else, seen by no one else..... and poured to the phase of the Moon, I pour as many as I can each time. In general I am currently able to pour 2 or 3 dozen a Sun sign.

Many money candles are mass produced in factories.  Mass produced items most always lack the power of focused intent. Intention is everything is manifestation. It is your intention and focus that actually brings the things you want, money, love, healing or success into your life.

If you choose a ritual tool, a meditation support, that is created with the intent that you should manifest that which you seek, this tool will be more powerful than a mass produced item because the maker will be creating your candle (or other tool) with the one pointed intention that the object be specifically created to help you achieve your purpose.

I will use traditional herbal fragrances that have gained power for their purpose. I look forward to posting a link to the new candles when they are ready.

Update 10/2020: I am no longer pouring candles. Thanks to all who supported the magic. Peace

From my hand to yours,

Ann George

Money Candles • Hand Poured in the Earth Signs.

I am pleased to announce the new collection of Money Candles is ready for sale. This collection was poured 12/22/2012 at 3:35 PM EST when both luminaries were in Earth signs.

The Sun was in the Cardinal Earth sign of Capricorn. The energy of this sign is excellent for initiating new material beginnings, coming up with fresh business ideas, and having the energy to put toward practical money making efforts.

The Moon was Waxing to Full in the Fixed Earth sign of Taurus. The sign of possessions, material wealth, beauty and luxury, the blessing of Taurus brings energy to fix, stabilize and perfect plans under way.

The affirmation included with the candle is most effective when it is repeated at least ten times daily. This effective affirmation has been used successfully by many clients and works because it is written to help you heal your thinking about money.

When we change our minds, we change our reality. The benefit of using a Money green candle the gives off a luxurious fragrance while affirming your success brings body, mind and spirit together to effect positive change. Further, these candles are hand poured with the sole intent that you should prosper.

What makes these candles different from others? They are Moon Poured, hand poured, and handled by no one but their maker. As soon as they cool, the are encased in an earth friendly cellophane sleeve to ensure that no one touches them but their maker ..... and you.

These are not mass produced, but carefully made in sacred space with focused intention that you benefit. There is a ephemeris included on the candle label for those astrologers who want to be able to put the candle to best use.

The candles are a deep money green in color and are scented a combination of traditional herbal fragrances such as bayberry, clove, orange and many others that have been used to attract wealth for centuries.  I hope you review other posts in this blog about candles, money candles, when and how to burn ritual candles before you make a purchase.

Once shipped, the sale is final. Most any question you could ask should be answered on line, or on one of the many pages in my web site. The price for candles includes shipping by Priority Mail. I do not ship out of the country.

Thanks to all who appreciate moon poured candles. Watch for a post about this Winter's Solstice in the next few days. Those Solstice candles are on line for you now, and more information will follow soon.

Success Candle - Full Moon Pour -  The Harvest Moon - 0/29/12

It has been quite awhile since I last poured candles as there were some Aspects and Moments I preferred to let pass before making candles for ritual, prayer and meditation.

I am pleased to say the new collection of Success Candles is well worth the wait. I have used one myself prior to offering any for sale to ensure that the intended goals may be achieved with proper use. ( Instructions for candle burning as well as an affirmation is included on the label. )

This collection was poured September 29, 2012 on the night the Moon came to Full in the Cardinal Fire Sign of Aries. This Moon is also called the Harvest Moon, thus, to my mind, a perfect time to pour candles created to attract success, wealth, victory, praise, recognition, and validation.

Aries, the first sign of the Western Zodiac, is the sign of identity. The key words for Aries are "I Am." So, should you desire nothing more than increased self-confidence, this candle will vibrate to that proud frequency of celebration of identity. A Cardinal (Initiating,) Fire (Masculine, Direct & Energetic) sign, Aries energy helps to strengthen the inner fire that enables one to continue to work to reach one's goals.

For this candle, the Sun was in the Cardinal (Initiating,) Air (Masculine, Direct & Energetic) sign of Libra. While Libra energy often brings balance, properly aspected, it is excellent to fuel positive competitive energy to keep you going, aware of your actions, the consequences of your actions and the effect of those actions on others.

To succeed in life, business, or even in love, one must be mindful and responsive to the environment - whether that be the competitive corporate playing ground or the inner sanctum of one's consciousness - mindful awareness is crucial to success.

Notice that the natural play of Fire and Air - each critical to the other - is released with the lighting of the candle, as are the fragrances to call forth success from within. All my candles are scented with a combination of natural herbal fragrances, combined specifically to attract the outcome of the intent of the pour.

All fragrances are proprietary and have been developed over many years to be as effective and pleasing as possible. Candles are now for sale on my site. There are only 9. One to the customer. For those who wish to purchase in volume for personal use, please email me through the site to arrange a custom pour.

For those who are new to Moon Poured candles, please take a moment to look over some of the articles that speak to the purpose and power of candles that are poured by the signs.
