Protection Candles • Samhain Poured • Hand Poured Black Candles

I am very pleased to be able to place my Protection Candles for sale today. Although I poured these, as I always do, into the midnight on October 31 so that they cool on All Saints Day. They were not ready to sell until just recently.

The candles were stored to be as fresh today as they were on the day they were poured, but the night was so powerful, and the pour required such concentrated attention, that the candles needed to rest with me for a time before the were "cured" and ready to offer to you at the greatest benefit.

The mystery of energy work, magic, root work (call it what you will), is that there are times when sacred objects, once created, have their own process of coming to power. I feel confident that the candles are "solid" and that you will now benefit from their use.

There are many articles on this blog that address the nature and right use of Protection Candles. I will now post the link to the shopping cart for this candle at my Mystic Candle Store and a few notes on the benefits of the astrology of the pour. (Each candle comes with instructions, affirmation & an ephemeris so that you are best able to study and put to good use the various planetary aspects that were "captured" on the pour date.)

The planetary aspects I find most interesting are:

• Sun Scorpio was conjunct Mercury Scorpio: excellent aspects for mediumship work
• Sun Scorpio was conjunct the Node in Scorpio: use as you please
• Sun Scorpio was conjunct Saturn in Scorpio: a powerful combination for those seeking to master occult skills - as well to help release limitations to spiritual development.
• Sun was also fortunately placed Sextile to Pluto & Mars. All three of these planets were in Earth signs providing a grounding energy during a time when the veil between the worlds is considered by many to be at its thinnest.

Should you care to review more of the fortunate aspects of this pour, I invite you to visit Chaos Astrology to cast a full ephemeris for the moment. (Co-ordinates are listed on the shopping cart page.)

The collection is limited to 16 candles - a raw total give us 7. Due to their energetic nature, All Sales Are Final.

Update 10/2020: I am no longer pouring candles. Thanks to all who supported the magic. Peace

Thank you for your kind attention to my post.

Protection Candles - Hand Poured on All Hallows Eve

Protection candles are now ready for sale. This years pour on All Hallows Eve, also known Samhain, came out a very deep black color with a deep grey feathering.

Traditional herbal fragrances such rosemary, frankincense, myrrh were blended with others that have proven very effective over the years. I have been standing at the door between the worlds, in sacred space, with pure heart and right intention to honor those that have passed, and acknowledge the many powerful energies that move unseen by and through our world.

I believe that it is crucial to acknowledge those powers and principalities that transcend the mundane world, and in so doing, allow them to "pass by" my window..... not entering, and yet not ignored.

I suppose that many could make the case the the idea of a black candle burned to ward off evil spirits is a superstitious practice. I disagree.

I believe we live in an interconnected energetic web of life and that the unseen world is far greater that we are comfortable imagining.  That said, it is also true that some of the darkest and most dangerous energies abide within our own minds.

Some of us live with traumatic memories that can overpower peace of mind... threaten the development of healthy relationships or lead to self-abuse.

I do not make any claims that this protection candle alone will protect you from any kind of harm that may befall you in this life. I am quite sure that it is a very effective tool to change the energy of your personal space, to create a new vibration, a new frequency and a new fragrance in your life that serves to provide spiritual or psychic protection.

If you follow the instructions and use the included affirmation, then the candle is a light in the darkness, the affirmation is a prayer for protection, and the ritual of lighting and praying, as old as time........ provides you with an energetic healing as rich as you allow it to be.

These candles were poured @ 10:30 PM EDT on 10/31/12. They are a palm oil wax, very fragrant, and are sealed in a cello wrapper as soon as they are cooled. No one else will handle them until you open the wrapper.

These protection candles are not factory made. They are not left unattended. They are my offering to your well being. The price of the candle (which includes shipping by Priority Mail in the USA ) is careful considered. Adding the numbers together yields "9". On the tree of life, the number of the Moon, of Foundation. Please allow these candles to help you build a firm and sacred foundation for your mystic practices.

These are excellent tools for those who seek to expand their natural psychic abilities, for professional readers, healers, and for energy therapists who from time to time may feel as if the unseen world is a bit too close for comfort. (An ephemeris is included on the label for those require complete aspects. The Sun was in Scorpio, waning Moon in Gemini.)

In other spiritual traditions, customers use these candles for hex breaking, uncrossing, and to banish negative spirits. I have good reports from all who purchase. However, the success of the candle will always depend on your intention and your use of the ritual tool. The greatest magic is in the mind.

From my hand to yours..... sacred tools for sacred work.

Ann George.

Success Candles: Hand Poured to Attract Wealth, Success, Abundance and Love

The new collection of Success candles was poured on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at 8:00 PM EDT.  These natural wax candles are a sunset orange color, and are scented with appropriate floral and herbal fragrances used for centuries to attract money, wealth, success, love and abundance.

The astrology of this Success candle collection further empowers these meditation pillars to help you achieve your goals. ( As always, each candle comes with complete instructions, an affirmation & an ephemeris of the pour date and time to enhance your rituals.)

This pour, the Sun was in the fixed Fire sign of Leo. Primary qualities of Leo energy (symbolized by the King of Beasts, the Lion) are very useful to help you achieve your goals. Known for courage, the will to rise above the ordinary, the desire and ability take charge of situations and tremendous determination and stamina, Leo energy is excellent to help you achieve success.

Even more exciting is the placement of the Moon for this candle collection. The Moon, Yin energy to the Yang of the Sun, was also in Leo. She was waxing to full, which as occultists know is the time to do work to generate, create and attract those things we want in our lives.

That both luminaries were in the the sign of Leo and both were in their natural home, the Fifth House, ruled by Leo is most fortunate!

Venus, the natural ruler of love, passions and emotional pleasure was also in Leo and in the fifth house for this pour. You will be able to enjoy discovering other useful planetary aspects when reviewing the enclosed ephemeris.

One of the outer planets is also fortunately placed to help bring success, wealth, respect, good fortune into your life. ** Please note, the candle in and of itself is helpful, but your repetition of the enclosed affirmation and your own positive actions are also required to bring maximum success into your life. **

For this collection, Jupiter, the great benefactor of the Zodiac, was in Taurus, the fixed earth sign of possessions and in the second house, the native house of the sign of Taurus. It is therefore reasonable to assume that the expansive energy of Jupiter will bless efforts to bring more material comforts your way.

If you would care to purchase a candle, please place your order as soon as possible. The candles are on sale at the Candle Store for $30 each. Free shipping by Priority Mail is included in the price. Candles are sold on a first come first served basis.

New True Love Candles Poured 10.10.2010. - Rare Combination of Aspects and Timing

Although the Sun was in an Air sign and the Moon in Water, there was a sense of "comsic" urgency to pour candles to help you bring good, sweet, true long lasting emotional/sexual love into your life.

I just ran the "birth chart" for the pour courtesy of Chaos Astrology and now feel astrologically quite validated in the selection of the day and time.

Should you wish to run your own program, here are the particulars of the pour:

Date: 10/10/2010  Time: 9:30  AM EDT ( -4 GMT)

Location: Jacksonville, FL USA: 81 degrees 42 minutes West/ 30 degrees 30 minutes North

For those who are regular customers, you are accustomed to a Sun/Water Moon/Earth combination of luminaries for love candles. I will pour those again of course, but these interesting times create interesting energies.

For those interested in numerology the excitement of a candle poured on the tenth day of the tenth month of the tenth year of this century is obvious. The candles were cooling at 10:00 AM Eastern.

I often go to greater lengths to explain the timing of a pour. I think the natal chart speaks for itself. If you are interested to purchase, please click the title of this post to go to my Ritual Candle Store. An affirmation is included with this candle as well as an ephemeris for your reference.

As always, candles are poured in a natural palm oil wax, fragrances are traditional herbal magic scents to attract love. We are a green company, purchasing materials from local merchants and shipping in biodegradable packaging, using green energy products to produce your candle.

Candles ship next day via Priority Mail in the USA. Shipping is included in the price of your candle.

Money Candles are Ready for Sale - Hand Poured in the Earth Signs

The new collection of Money Candles was hand poured by Ann George on December 27, 2009. On this day, the Sun was in the Cardinal Earth sign of Capricorn and the Moon was waxing to full in the Fixed Earth sign of Taurus.

The location of the pour was 30:31 West, 81:72 North. The time of the pour was 2:00 PM EST. Should you choose to review the planetary aspects of the pour, please visit Chaos Astrology to create an Ephemeris of that day.

The natural palm oil wax used gives this candle it's feather-like finish finish. An ephemeris for all aspects of the pour is included on the back of the label (not pictured) for your reference. Money candles are scented with Bayberry, Clove, Cinnamon and other herbal, or spice fragrances that have been used for centuries to attract money, wealth, abundance and prosperity.

For those new to hand poured candles by Ann George Studios, Inc., please know these candles are poured in sacred space, with clear intent.  These are not mass produced pillars, but carefully crafted candles poured at the best time to help you manifest your desires. The magic is in your mind... the candle is a tool to help you focus and amplify your intention.

I will review a few of the more important energies that are poured into your ritual candle on this day. Of course the most fortunate energy to capture is the Earth sign energy, and I was able to do that for both the luminaries ( Sun & Moon ).

Earth signs are excellent signs under which to take action to attract wealth, business, money, new customers and new possessions. Earth sign energy is magnetic and nurturing, which implies not only the attraction of things desired, but the ability to care for those acquisitions.

Capricorn energy is known to be analytic and attentive to money matters, as is Taurus energy. While Capricorn energy initiates, Taurus energy perfects. That the Moon Taurus was waxing to full is beneficial in that waxing moons are good to attract things one wants to increase.

Other fortunate aspects I will not go into detail about here are:
Sun Capricorn trine Moon in Taurus
Sun Capricorn conjunct Venus in Capricorn
Sun Capricorn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn
Venus in Capricorn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn

I encourage you to make use of the many excellent links out to the Astrology Blogs listed on this site. There are about 18 candles left from this pour. They sell for $27 each with Free Shipping by Priority Mail in the USA only. Ann George Studios, Inc. does not wholesale these candles, nor do we ship outside the USA.
Should you have any questions, please contact Ann George by e-mail.

Success Candles are ready for Sale - Fire Trine Aspects! Special Candle

As the Sun was in the mutable Fire sign of Sagittarious, and the Moon was waxing to full in the cardinal Air sign of Aries, 11/27/09 was a good day to pour candles to attract success of all kinds, and success in business activities in particular.

There are additional astrologic factors that make 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time the best time to pour candles to attract success from my location. November 27, 2009 at 4:00 the Sun was Trine the Moon in Aries, thus both luminaries were in favorable aspect with each other, and both were in Fire signs. Fire energy enlivens, transforms and illuminates... all useful energetic qualities to cultivate success.

On this same day Mercury was in Sagittarius and was Trine Mars in Leo. There are most excellent Fire sign aspects for fluid & sincere (Sagittarius) activity, as well as effective communication (Mercury) favorably aspected with determination (Mars) to succeed in endeavors that require sustained effort (Leo).

The Moon was also be Trine Leo in Mars at 4:00 PM. If you would like more complete information about the aspects available for this particular pour, please visit  the Chaos Astrology web site to construct your own ephemeris. The longitude & latitude information you require is : 30° 19' 54" N / 81° 39' 20" W.

Please know that your Success candle will come with complete instructions, an affirmation and the aspects of the pour printed on the label. The candles are sealed in cellophane as soon as they have cooled to retain their energetic integrity.

Candles are hand poured in a natural palm oil wax in sacred space. They are sealed and finished by Ann George, and handled by no one else. This is important in that the candle ships from the maker directly to you.  Candle orders are often shipped the same day they are received by Priority Mail. Candles are instilled with Reiki energy in a flow to empower the chakras and strengthen the aura.

Shipping is free in the USA. Ann George Studios, Inc. does not ship outside the USA. Candles are poured in small collections, usually two dozen or so, therefore quantities are limited. The photo in this post is an approximation of the finished candle as all computer monitors display color differently. It may best be described as a powdered cinnamon color, or a burnished copper.

Fragrances selected are traditional herbal scents used through the centuries to attract wealth. A unique blend has been created to attune the sense to the energy of prosperity and confidence. To purchase, the shopping care is online at the Success Candle page at the moon poured candle store.

Thank you for your kind attention to my post. For more information about the use of ritual candles, please enjoy the many posts on the blog, or visit my Ritual Candles shop.
