Love Candles • Ready for Sale • Soul Mate Candles

I am very pleased to report that the stars and planets aligned to create a very fine time to pour a ritual candle to attract true love.  I was able to hand pour this collection on May 9, 2017 at 12:15 pm. 

It has been some five years since I have been able to have the Sun and Moon in the fixed signs of Taurus and Scorpio and the Moon waxing to full, with other planets well aspected. The last time was Monday, October 29, 2012 at 2:15 PM EDT. 

Taurus and Scorpio are very compatible energies as both are Feminine in nature, both are fixed, perfecting and finishing signs. These similar energies help to draw the most compatible partner to you. These signs make for excellent long term relationships. 

It is critical that you repeat the affirmation included with your love candle, you are the magic! Still, these soul mate candles are very powerful focusing tools. They are red in color, appearing with a feathered texture, and are scented with rose, musk and other fragrances known to arouse passion.

May 9, 2017 the Sun was in Taurus in the 10th house, the house of personal achievement & social foundation. As well, the Sun was Trine Capricorn (a cardinal Earth sign and the natural ruler of the 10th house!) This is very fortunate. 

The waxing Moon was in Scorpio in 4th house. This is a very good placement for this ritual candle which is intended to help you create a home life, soothe and awaken loving emotions. As well the affirmation is written to help you reframe your subconscious outlook on the fine love life possible for you. (If a candle is poured to attract love, the moon needs to be on the increase and this was the case.)

For those who are new to Moon poured candles, the reason I pour by the signs is that I believe we live in an interconnected, vibrational universe and therefore the timing of the creation of ritual objects matters very much. 

I hand pour all my candles. There are no other workers, I am not a factory. No one else will see or touch your ritual object until you yourself open the box. Supplies are therefore limited, and I ask that you purchase only one. 

This blog reveals it has been 5 years since the last collection of Love Candles was poured.  Please, only one per customer. There are 22 candles in this collection. All sales are final. These are 2" x 6" pillars poured in palm oil wax purchased from a supplier dedicated to replanting! 

Each candle costs $46 plus shipping. Numerology matters in candle pricing. 4 + 6 = 10, Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. Yin & Yang if you like. Four is the number of foundation. 6 is the number for perfection. I could think of no other "price" to give to these fine, fragrant pillars. 

Instructions and an affirmation are included on each pillar. They are all wrapped in biodegradable cellophane the day they are poured. The are as fragrant now as they were when they were cooling. 

Ann George Studios, Inc is a green company. The palm oil wax is purchased from a supplier committed to renewable farming. All packaging materials are either biodegradable and/or recycled.

Protection Candle • Poured All Hallow's Eve 2016.

I am very pleased to share that the new Protection candles are ready to sell. They were hand poured on October 31, 2016 at 4:15 PM, EST.  

This is one of the most remarkable of all pours in the 10+ years I have been pouring candles for protection. I will post a few of the aspects that I find truly remarkable below. 

An ephemeris of the pour is included on the candle label, as are instructions for use and an affirmation. It is your intention & right use of this ritual candle that awakens energy contained within. 

I should point out that you may use any candle I pour at any time. The vibration of planets, the aspects and energies, are captured by the timing of the pour & the cooling of the candle. Each has pour has a“resting” phase. 

I realize that some time has passed since the pouring, but finished candles are enclosed in a cellophane sleeve and sealed so that they are as fresh & fragrant as the day they were made. I put them for sale when they vibrate as “complete.”

Further, these candles have not been seen nor handled by anyone but their maker. They are yours.

All Hallow’s Eve is considered by many to be the time when the veil between the worlds is the thinnest. To be in sacred space during that time with the intention that all beings (on both sides of the veil) be protected is a power-filled act. This is when protection candles are poured.

There are some people in this world who have difficulties with spirits of many kinds. Some people feel the energies of deceased persons in their homes. Other people are not quite sure just what energy is manifesting, but they are quite sure that the energy is making them uncomfortable. 

All cultures have stories of spirits, both friendly and unfriendly, that interact with human beings. These candles are poured to help people experiencing visitations, “psychic attacks” or other disturbances.  If used properly people can feel/be safe and protected. 

The fragrances used to scent these candles are traditional in many Shamanic and European cultures to protect people, create sacred space, and to bless and purify.

Black, the traditional color of protection, is used. Due to the nature of the wax, the pillars have a feathered appearance. Now to the aspects! 

The Sun, planet of the True Self was in Scorpio in the 8th house, the house of Scorpio which is ruled by Pluto. This is a very fortunate placement as the 8th house is the house of the invisible, the mystic, the seer and the psychic. 

Energy from Scorpion can be intense, intuitive, powerful, and work well with unseen energies and influences. A fixed Water sign properly used can easily help guard from the unwelcome unseen. 

The Moon was also in Scorpio, and in the 8th House. So we have both luminaries in the House of birth, death & regeneration and in the powerful fixed sign of the often fearless and very steady Scorpio.  (*I don’t recall ever having both Sun & Moon in Scorpio!) 

Other planets were in the 8th house as well! Mercury was in Scorpio in the 8th, Venus was in the mutable Fire sign of Sagittarius in the 8th, as was Saturn, the task master of the horoscope. 

The following fortunate aspects also occurred. 

Sun (in Scorpio) was Conjunct Mercury (in Scorpio)  

Sun (in Scorpio) was Trine Neptune (in Pisces)

Venus (in Sagittarius) was Conjunct Saturn (in Sagittarius)

Mercury (in Scorpio) was Trine Neptune(in Pisces)

Venus (in Sagittarius) was Trine Uranus (in Aries)

I will not offer a detailed explanation of all these aspects, you may do research as you please. I list them because they are remarkable to me. 

I am the only one who pours, and the window of time is quite short to capture the best aspects. It is my hope that everyone who wants one may have one.

Success Candles - Sun Aries • Moon Leo

This collection of Success Candles was hand poured on April 15, 2016 at 6:45 PM. The challenge for this pour was to have both Sun & Moon in Fire signs. The position of other planets in signs varied through out the day and therefore to take advantage of the best planetary aspects 6:45 PM seemed best. 

The Sun was in Aries - the First sign of the Zodiac with the watch words “I Am”.  Aries is a cardinal (initiating) sign that has the power and energy to begin most any project. Coupled with the energy of the fixed qualities of the Moon in powerful Leo (with keywords of “I Will”)  this is an excellent candle to help you not only conceive but perfect your plans, ideas and projects. 

The Moon was Waxing to Full in the fixed Fire sign of Leo. This is most useful as Leo energy bring focus and determination to help complete goals. Leo is a perfecting, finishing sign that is full of self confidence. This is an excellent energy to combine with Sun Aries. Double Fire energy for success is very useful. Additionally there are other aspects in the inner planet that are beneficial. 

Mercury, the plant of communication, was 15 degrees Taurus  (a fixed Earth sign with key words “I Have”) to bless both thought and speech to ensure that all mental energy rests in unwavering support for the acquisition of material goods should that be your goal. Thus we have Mercury making a very fortunate aspect.

Planet Venus was in Aries in the 11th House, the House of Aquarius. This is the house of hopes and dreams, friends and wishes. This placement is excellent if you hope to use your candle to help with meditations for social success.

Another fortunate aspect to the pour is that Mars, planet of conquest and victory, was in the mutable Fire sign of Sagittarius. This gives energy for flexibility both in planning and in execution of your goals. 

The candles are hand poured in a natural palm based pillar wax from a renewable vendor! Green living and Earth mindful manufacturing is very important. I do not use petroleum in the candle nor do I buy palm wax from companies who are not committed to reforestation and sustainable agriculture. 

The candles are a pale golden orange, but as they have a feathered texture, color will vary from candle to candle.  Pillars are @ 6” tall by 2” wide. I use fragrances long associated with wealth and victory from a variety of cultures.

As always, no one will see nor touch your candles until they reach your doorstep. I keep them in sacred space, each in a cellophane wrapper to lock in both fragrance and purity until I package  and ship them to you.

Day Poured

All Money candles from Ann George Studios, Inc are now ready for sale. All are sleeved in cellophane (biodegradable) to keep fragrance in, and none have been seen nor handled by anyone save their maker. These are artisan candles for those who appreciate the importance of astrology in manifestation.

There are many questions people have asked over the years about my Money candles. Articles on when and how to use them appear on this blog. Links to articles on candle ritual and creative visualization and meditation may also be found here.

This December 22, 2015 I was able to pour two collections of money candles. The first was poured at 1pm EST and are referred to as Day Pour. The second collection was poured at 9 PM EST and are thus called Night Pour. 

I have been making empowered candles for ritual use for over 10 years. There are specific times in the lunar cycle that are best for pouring each of the kinds of candles I make. This year, it was difficult to find the right combination of luminaries to create premium candles for you.  The astrology of this pour is good.

All candles are poured in palm wax. I purchase from a seller who only buys palm wax from sources committed to replanting trees taken. Fragrance oils are used and traditional herbal scents are used. Fragrance combinations are proprietary - however all do contain Bayberry. 

The Day Pour: 

At the moment the melted wax met the mold, the following list shows the placement of the planets:

The Sun was 0 degrees 21 minutes Capricorn. Capricorn is the Cardinal Earth sign that initiates winter and is quite powerful. Qualities of Capricorn energy can be beneficial for the creation of wealth as well as the analysis and careful management of that wealth once created. All Earth signs are magnetic, generating, and attracting. 

The Moon was 21 degrees and 57 minutes in the sign of Taurus. The moon was in the last decan of that sign, so not only does the fixed, perfecting energy of Taurus bless the energy of the  pour, but also mutable qualities always found in the last 10 degrees of a sign lend the energy of adaptation, a polishing to the energy contained in these money candles. 

As well, the Moon was in its’ own House, the Second house, the house of Taurus. Capricorn was also in its’ own house - the 10th house. You may read more about the houses of the zodiac in general - however this a very beneficial alignment of the luminaries. Sun and Moon in Earth signs and those Earth signs in their houses. 

Finally - there was a Grand Trine during the Day Pour. The Grand Trine presented the  Moon at 21 Taurus 57 Mercury: 18 Capricorn 34 and Jupiter: 22 Virgo 48

This short list of qualities should assure that that every effort was made to create in concert with the heavens. An ephemeris is included on the back of your candles label.  You may cast a chart if you like. To purchase a Day Pour please do so quickly as once these are gone, they cannot be recreated. 

Night Poured

The Night Pour.

As in the day pour, we have both Sun and Moon in Earth signs. 

The Sun is 0 degrees Capricorn 54 minutes and in the 4th house. The Moon is near the end of its journey at 29 degrees Taurus and 42 minutes in the 8th house. 

The same qualities described above for the basic energies of the Sun and Moon apply. The Grand Trine has passed, the constellations are no longer in their houses, and so this evening pour has a different energy that the day pour. 

This Money Candle may be of better use to those who have acquired wealth and now seek to manage it. Those who wish to mediate on way to improve their process, to have obstacles revealed and to acquire the insight and the tension to solve their existing challenges thus ensuring that both existing and attracted wealth build upon one another for right use, right work, right blessing.

Hand poured on 3/30/15 at 6:30 PM EDT, this collection of Success Ritual Candles was poured for meditations to manifest confidence, and success in any endeavor. For this Moon Pour on on 3/30/15 at 6:30 PM EDT,  the Sun was in the Cardinal Fire sign of Aries. Fire signs vibrate in a direct, energetic & masculine energy frequency. Aries is the sign of “I Am” and thus an excellent sign to help bring forward confidence, energy and enthusiasm for any project. 

Cardinal signs are initiating signs, which means they have the great “pushing energy” that brings forth the new season. It is always useful to pour for success when the Sun is in a cardinal Fire sign. 

For this pour,  the Moon was waxing to full in the Fixed Fire sign of Leo, which, in  addition to bringing the qualities of the element of Fire to the candle, also brings the energy of a Fixed sign to the pour. 

Fixed signs are perfecting and finishing signs, and as such they are an excellent energetic compliment to the cardinal energy of Aries. I am pleased to post information about the Protection Ritual Candle poured All Hallows Eve by my hand. I have been pouring these candles on the same night every years for over 10 years, although blog posts go back to 2006. 

I have therefore created an energetic relationship with this evening, for this action, that has become very sacred to me.  It is on this night, as what seems like the best of all possible times, that I pour these natural wax candles for your benefit.  

This year I am also please to offer you a new custom fragrance which hold the same herbal and ritual power as the previous years scents. I have added a few new herbal moments to create what I hope you find to be the best fragrance yet.
