Protection Candle • Raven's Wing Black • Sanctuary Fragrance poured 10.31.14

I am pleased to post information about the Protection Ritual Candle poured All Hallows Eve by my hand. I have been pouring these candles on the same night every years for over 10 years, although blog posts go back to 2006.

I have therefore created an energetic relationship with this evening, for this action, that has become very sacred to me.  It is on this night, as what seems like the best of all possible times, that I pour these natural wax candles for your benefit.

This year I am also please to offer you a new custom fragrance which hold the same herbal and ritual power as the previous years scents. I have added a few new herbal moments to create what I hope you find to be the best fragrance yet. It is earthy, a bit spice, and made with traditional scents for spiritual, physical and psychic protection.

As well, they are very useful for for healing work of all kinds. It is not my intention to post about the reasons one might purchase such a candle, although if you refer to the the Clairvoyant Blog you will see many people in need of just such a meditation or ritual candle.

These candles were poured at 10:30 pm, creating a 4 candle, which I find perfect for the expansion of one's own sacred space and intent to keep that space sacred for your purposes.

As always the Sun was in Scorpio, the Fixed Water sign of Desire (ruler of the 8th house) and the Moon in the often cutting sign of Libra, the Cardinal Air sign of Balance. An ephemeris is included on the label back to help you use the candle to greater advantage.

I post a few aspects of interest here:

The Conjunctions were:

• Sun Scorpio & Mercury Scorpio
• Sun Scorpio & Node Scorpio
• Sun Scorpio & Saturn Scorpio
• Mercury in Scorpion & Saturn in Scorpio

The Trines:

• Mars Virgo & Pluto Capricorn  * (Earth trine Earth)
• Sun Scorpio & Netpune Pisces * (Water trine Water)
• Jupiter Cancer & Saturn Scorpio * (Water trine Water)

Success Candles - Ritual & Meditation Candle - Sun Aries, Full Moon Libra

The new Success Candles are all sold. They are very fragrant, golden, and poured on March 26, 2013 at 6:12PM when so many planets were harmoniously aligned for self confidence! and new beginnings.

You may burn these ritual candles at any time, the blessing of the signs is present in each pillar. Included is an affirmation designed to help you reclaim your personal power, confidence and affirm your success, as the greatest magic is always in the mind. (All candles are sealed in cellophane as pictured to ensure they arrive just as fragrant and unsullied as possible.)

The fragrance oils used for the pillar include Frankincense, Rosemary, Cinnamon, and other fine herbal and floral notes that have been associated with abundance, purity, victory and energy for centuries. Samples given were thoroughly enjoyed for their joyful fragrance.

Each of us measures success differently, but often it is drive, diligence, and commitment that are the spiritual keys to succeed at anything. Further, the measure of success is in joyful living, a sense of accomplishment, sharing, and open hearted kindness.  A truly successful person has all the qualities.

To help ensure that you are successful as you embark on a new beginning, this Success pillar poured with the Sun in Aries. Aries is the sign of "I Am." Using that energy, the intention of the pour is that you are able to affirm... I am successful in my efforts... in any enterprise.

Aries is a Cardinal (initiating) Fire (direct, energetic, masculine) sign, and brings energy and enthusiasm to any meditation. Choosing to pour Success candles in a Fire sign is a tradition here at Ann George Studios, Inc.

I also prefer to pour Success candles with the Moon in a compatible sign, and the Air sign of Libra is both Cardinal and Masculine. We all know that Air feeds Fire and born on the Air, Fire can be used for many beneficial activities. The Success Ritual candles are usually poured as the Moon is waxing to Full. Good Full Moon energy is excellent to charge your candle with the blessings of the sign she is in.

I was tempted to pour this candle earlier in the day while the Moon was in the Earth Sign of Virgo. I wanted to bring the energy of analytic balance and generative nurturing to the pillar. In an effort to capture some of those fine qualities, I began to melt the wax at 4:30 PM EDT when the Moon was leaving Virgo, and moving into Libra. The actual pouring did occur Moon Libra.

The ephemeris included on your candle label will show the positions of the planets at the time of the pour, however as there were so many Planets will aspected, I will list a few here.

Update 10/2020: I am no longer pouring candles. Thanks to all who supported the magic. Peace

Planets that are fortunately aspected are:

1. Sun Aries conjunct Venus in Aries
2. Sun Aries conjunct Uranus in Aries
3. Sun Aries conjunct Mars in Aries
4. Venus Aries conjunct Uranus in Aries
5. Moon Libra trine Gemini in Jupiter.
6. Mercury in Pisces trine Saturn in Scorpio

For students of Astrology, these are all very encouraging aspects to let you know that this candle was poured at a time when the blessings of the heavens were most excellent for Success in any effort... Love, Action, Victory, Balance, Desire, or Ambition.

I do believe that it is the timing of the pour, plus intention, coupled with fragrance and color that make these ritual candles special. It is your energy, your prayer and affirmation, your commitment to meditation or ritual practice that activates all the goodness of the candle to work for your desired outcome.

It remains my please to pour candles for you. Please know, you can change your life, you can change your luck, and that the magic is always in you. Be aware of those who seek to "do work" to fix your problems. Keep your power, train your mind, heal your thinking and change your life.

These pillars are supports, or perhaps doors, to help you open to your inner power, inner truth. Please enjoy.  (As I am the only one to make them, and as the Moon moves as quickly as she does, there are only 16 of these pillars for sale. More will be poured when the planets align properly.)

The Moon was Waxing to Full in the Fixed Earth sign of Taurus. The sign of possessions, material wealth, beauty and luxury, the blessing of Taurus brings energy to fix, stabilize and perfect plans under way.

The affirmation included with the candle is most effective when it is repeated at least ten times daily. This effective affirmation has been used successfully by many clients and works because it is written to help you heal your thinking about money.

When we change our minds, we change our reality. The benefit of using a Money green candle the gives off a luxurious fragrance while affirming your success brings body, mind and spirit together to effect positive change. Further, these candles are hand poured with the sole intent that you should prosper.

Protection Candles - Hand Poured on All Hallows Eve

Protection candles are now ready for sale. This years pour on All Hallows Eve, also known Samhain, came out a very deep black color with a deep grey feathering.

Traditional herbal fragrances such rosemary, frankincense, myrrh were blended with others that have proven very effective over the years. I have been standing at the door between the worlds, in sacred space, with pure heart and right intention to honor those that have passed, and acknowledge the many powerful energies that move unseen by and through our world.

I believe that it is crucial to acknowledge those powers and principalities that transcend the mundane world, and in so doing, allow them to "pass by" my window..... not entering, and yet not ignored.

I suppose that many could make the case the the idea of a black candle burned to ward off evil spirits is a superstitious practice. I disagree.

I believe we live in an interconnected energetic web of life and that the unseen world is far greater that we are comfortable imagining.  That said, it is also true that some of the darkest and most dangerous energies abide within our own minds.

Some of us live with traumatic memories that can overpower peace of mind... threaten the development of healthy relationships or lead to self-abuse.

I do not make any claims that this protection candle alone will protect you from any kind of harm that may befall you in this life. I am quite sure that it is a very effective tool to change the energy of your personal space, to create a new vibration, a new frequency and a new fragrance in your life that serves to provide spiritual or psychic protection.

If you follow the instructions and use the included affirmation, then the candle is a light in the darkness, the affirmation is a prayer for protection, and the ritual of lighting and praying, as old as time........ provides you with an energetic healing as rich as you allow it to be.

These candles were poured @ 10:30 PM EDT on 10/31/12. They are a palm oil wax, very fragrant, and are sealed in a cello wrapper as soon as they are cooled. No one else will handle them until you open the wrapper.

These protection candles are not factory made. They are not left unattended. They are my offering to your well being. The price of the candle (which includes shipping by Priority Mail in the USA ) is careful considered. Adding the numbers together yields "9". On the tree of life, the number of the Moon, of Foundation. Please allow these candles to help you build a firm and sacred foundation for your mystic practices.

These are excellent tools for those who seek to expand their natural psychic abilities, for professional readers, healers, and for energy therapists who from time to time may feel as if the unseen world is a bit too close for comfort. (An ephemeris is included on the label for those require complete aspects. The Sun was in Scorpio, waning Moon in Gemini.)

In other spiritual traditions, customers use these candles for hex breaking, uncrossing, and to banish negative spirits. I have good reports from all who purchase. However, the success of the candle will always depend on your intention and your use of the ritual tool. The greatest magic is in the mind.

From my hand to yours..... sacred tools for sacred work.

Ann George.
